Adding actions on behalf of your students

Create and assign actions directly to students’ profiles.

You can add actions on behalf of your students to help them grow their Citizens wheel and showcase their development.

Steps to add proxy actions:

  1. Go to your Admin settings (bottom left, where your profile picture is).

  2. Under School, select Proxy Actions.

  3. Click Add Proxy Action (top right).

  4. On the left sidebar, select Visibility to choose who can see the action.

  5. Also on the left sidebar, search for the students you want to assign the action to:

    1. You’ll see the students you have assigned.

    2. You can also search by tags (groups of students).

  6. Click Publish.

  7. The action will be directly added to the students’ profiles.
    👉 Students can then add their Reflections afterwards.
