If a staff member no longer needs access, you can remove them from your school’s account permanently. You can also do this for students, if you no longer want visibility to their previous activity on Citizens.
ℹ️ When students leave your school (graduating or otherwise)
👉 We recommend you deactivate the student's membership of your school instead of removing their account. This ensures you have ongoing visibility of their activity whilst at the school.
