Resetting your Citizens password

Learn how to reset your Citizens password if you forgot it or want to replace a temporary one.

How to reset your password

  1. Go to the Citizens login page.

  2. Click Reset password on the login screen.

  3. Enter the email address linked to your Citizens account.

  4. Check your inbox.
    You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

  5. Click the link in the email and create a new password.

Once saved, you can log in to Citizens using your new password.

If you do not receive the email

  • Check your spam or junk folder.

  • Make sure you entered the correct email address.

  • If the problem continues, contact us at [email protected].
