Citizens can take your exported CAS data and automatically convert each CAS entry into an action on the Citizens platform. This means students don’t need to re-enter or upload anything manually. Their past CAS work becomes instantly visible and counted within their Citizens Profiles, reducing duplication and saving time.

How to upload your ManageBac CAS data
Export CAS data from ManageBac
School administrators can export CAS activity in bulk for multiple students directly from ManageBac.
Tip: Export the file in the default ManageBac format, no edits needed.Download your file
Follow ManageBac's instructions here [Generating CAS Reports in BulkVia the CAS Roster > Generate Reports], ensuring that the exported file includes all the student entries you want to sync.
