To customise the action form:
Go to your Admin settings (click your profile photo at the bottom left corner).
Click School → School settings.
Scroll down to Action Form settings.
Tracking / Not Tracking Exact Hours
When students add an action, they select a commitment level. To help define these levels, we provide an approximate range of hours for each commitment level. An additional hours field then defaults to the minimum of that range, and can be adjusted by the student. This allows students and schools to track hours, where this may be need for curriculum or state requirements. However, not all schools wish to track hours in this way, so as Admin you have the option to hide this additional hours field.
The options are:
Show hours (the default, as explained above)
Hide hours (the additional hours field will not appear and cannot be adjusted by the student)
ℹ️ For now, the only available customisation to the Action Form is “Tracking Hours”, but more options to customise the Action Form will be available in the future.
