You can add testimonials to highlight and validate a student’s achievements.

This article explains how to add testimonials to actions. If you want to see how to add testimonials to student profiles read this article.

  1. Go to your admin settings by clicking on your profile photo at the bottom left.
ℹ️ This view is only available to Teachers. (When Admins click the + icon they will see editable fields such as assigned teachers, tags and graduation dates.)

  2. Under School, select My students.

  3. Click on the + icon to the left of the student name.

  4. Select the action you want to add a testimonial for and click the View button.

  5. Click Add testimonial (top right).

  6. Write the testimonial and (optionally) upload any evidence (e.g. images, PDFs, or links).

  7. Choose the visibility setting:

    • Private: only visible to the school and the student.

    • Same as action: matches the visibility of the action.

  8. Click Publish.
